Member Event Request Form

We love to keep members and the broader community involved in club programming!

Please submit ideas, interests, and suggestions through the form below. While we can not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, we do take each individual request under consideration and will be in touch.

Below are quick key tips to best guide your submission.

Member events are exclusive to TGS Members. We do not allow social promotion, “open to public” RSVPs, or ticket sales for member events. Please see our private event request form for events of this nature.

Our curated member events are relevant, cultural, educational, and impactful. Each event is intended to serve the conscious and social growth of our members. To best ensure this, we refrain from committing to event series as well as brand or personal promotion events. This may also mean that we will work together to bring your idea to life in a way that best fits our member’s interests. If you are looking to retain creative control of your event, please see our private event request form for assistance in hosting an event of your own.

If you are reaching out on behalf a brand that has interest in hosting a member-invited event. Please submit a partner request form here.

If your request fits the above guidelines, please:

1. Submit the below form to include as much information as possible about your idea.

2. Ensure that the date of your requested event idea is at least 30 days out, preferably 45 days. If there is any urgency behind the date/relevancy of your idea, please include that information along with an explanation.

The member events team will review your request and reach out if the event fits within the theme and structure of the upcoming months. If the request does not align, you will be notified that we will keep your information on file and reach out in the future if/when we can best accommodate in the future.
