Is A COVID test required?
Proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID test is required for this experience.

Will I have free time, or are all activities planned?
We have planned activities, but also allowed for free time for all of our guests on both days. Please check your email for a complete itinerary.
What is included in this experience?
This is an all inclusive experience. Your airfare, meals, ground transportation and hotel are included in your package, along with your tickets to the Gala featuring a performance by Lucky Daye.
How do I get my boarding pass?
Delta will send you an email with your boarding pass. The flight will be on a chartered plane departing Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport from a domestic gate much like a normal commercial flight. However, this plane will be filled with only TGS members, family, friends and staff!
What should I wear?
Please wear casual attire for the flights and luncheon, and bring along black tie attire for Gala.
Carry on luggage is strongly recommended.
How will I get around DC?
Your transportation is included in this experience. TGS will take you from the airport to the club, to the hotel, to the Gala, and back to the hotel. On Sunday morning, during your free time, there are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. TGS will also take you back to the airport to head home.
What time should I arrive at the airport?
Please arrive to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport at the Delta Sky Lounge in Concourse C for breakfast and a celebratory cocktail at 8:45am. The flight will depart at 10am.
