WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TGS?

The community of movers and shakers.
The sexy and inviting ambiance of the club.
The programming.

It’s too many to count!

IF YOU COULD HAVE DINNER WITH 3 PEOPLE, DEAD OR ALIVE, WHO WOULD YOU CHOOSE AND WHY?

Pharrell Williams – Skateboard P has made an impact in multiple industries (music, fashion, skincare, extreme sports, art, hospitality) and only keeps going. I want to emulate this type of drive and curiosity.

Mary Ellen Pleasant – Mary Ellen was a 19th-century entrepreneur, financier, real estate magnate and abolitionist who was critical to the development of San Francisco.

Robert F. Smith – one of the most successful technology investors to date, and is black. What more do I need to say!?

What is one piece of advice you’d share with your younger self?

Enjoy your youth and stay curious. Don’t take life so seriously, go with the flow!

WHEN YOU WERE A CHILD, WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GREW UP?

An inventor. I’m not a mechanical engineer, but I keep my finger on the pulse of the culture and build products/experiences around that.

Literally, I’m not inventor, but figuratively, a case could be made.
