Meet Roman.

Roman Sudan Montagueo II was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois USA. Gifted with artistic abilities (drawing/painting/music), which he uses to design and create products and solutions to change the world for the better. He’s the proud father of two independent, exceptional, world changing children. He is now sharing living time in Tampa (FL), and Maryland. He has lived and worked in Brazil, London, and recently Bermuda. Roman has been a subject matter expert in human centric designing and engineering products and solutions for several international Global brands/companies as well as federal governments around the world for over 20 years. He is now the chief creative director of Creative Mindset Productions (headquartered in Tampa, Florida), and responsible for the vision and execution of creating content for the metaverse, multi-verse and universe through immersive storying telling.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TGS?

The space to have quick meetings, share, create, and connect. I love seeing the smiles and openness to build community. There’s a sense in the atmosphere that everybody here is hustling for a good reason.

WHat accomplishment are you most proud of?

I am proud of the work I’m doing with my tribe to help our kids. All they see in the forefront are entertainers who rap or play ball. They need to understand that not all are gifted to that. There are thousands of STEM careers openings available that they could use their creative gifts in STEM fields. And oh yeah, I started a production company during Covid-19 pandemic. I am very proud of that also. 🙂

What motivates you?

I need use my gifts for the culture and community, my family (leave a legacy for my kids not to mention improve the Montagueo generation wealth) and inspire others to be great.

What’s your favorite quote?

As of today: “You wanna go fast, go by yourself, you wanna go far, lets go together”… (Yes I paraphrased and innovated the quote)
