Meet Jaime Cooper.
Jaime Cooper is a native of Cincinnati, OH. He attended Miami University, graduating with a degree in Political Science, while lettering in football and basketball. After graduating, Jaime spent a majority of his career working in Sales & Marketing for large corporations such as Sprint and Universal Risk advisors – one of the top insurance organizations in the country.
Through relationships dating back to his time at Miami, Jaime made a pivot into the pet food industry – joining Diana Pet Food in 2018. While navigating the pet food space, he quickly noticed there were no minority-owned or operated brands, which ultimately led to the launch of D.R.E.A.M. Leveraging his knowledge and experience, he created a pet treat line consisting of all-natural ingredients – for pets to love and their owners to appreciate.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TGS?
The environment TGS has created. It’s motivating to spend time in a place where you see people who look like you moving in the same direction. There isn’t an industry that is not represented at TGS. Seeing people who look like me in all different industries in this city lets me know what is possible.
What motivates you?
Easy answer, my friends and family. I’ve always prided myself with keeping motivated and positive people around me. Having friends and family who my kids can look up to is one of the things I am most proud of.
What is one piece of advice you’d share with your younger self?
Keep going. Every success and failure has led me to this point. I am doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing.
what’s one hidden skill or talent that you possess that people might not know?
I am a great listener, does that count?
