TGS DC MEMBER SINCE OCT 2021.

Meet Cyndrell.

I am the Coaching Conversationalist, who holds a sacred space for not just women, but for creatives to exercise making true choices based on experiencing their unique gifting as individuals. My business is P.A.U.S.E. which stands for Personal Accountability Under Self Evaluation. I got here going through trials and tribulations of losing my voice in life because I got so submerged in being a cheerleader for others that I lost my rhythm to persevere based on what I wanted. And so, with that being such a suffocating existence of invisible existence, I awakened to find my voice. I have created a forum for others to go within so they wouldn’t end up leading a life not fulfilling their purpose and passions. Yet, I fully recognize, all that brought me to all this, a life offering a service that I love.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TGS?

My favorite thing about TGS is that it’s a hub for beautiful creatives. It’s my people expressing, pressing, testing, and arresting that something within. Capturing inspiration, molding visions, manifesting, and blessing. Making things happen out of the light that sparked them. More than an incubator for possibilities, but a platform for creation, engagement with minds and resources. Where Yes, I CAN breeds will to Yes, I AM. Where, as in a place ‘WE” community ascend and play full out, never having to blend in. Where, as, in this place, this space, we honor that intangible existence in each other, connecting time, energy, and resources, manifesting results lifting, emboldening good to happen. TGS! Where we work and where we play, getting it all in, in a day, with energy and synergy, with down-to-earth class, while building characters of legacies, leaving imprints that last and last. TGS!

If You Could Have Dinner with 3 people, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?

Maya Angelou, not as the famed personality, Just as her being a woman. Whitney Houston. She seemed to always be fulfilling others. God knows she had a magnificent singing voice. I just wonder if anybody ever really heard her. Lastly, Nelson Mandela. I feel like he lived 4 or 5 lifetimes; dying just to be born again, renewed to endure fulfilling his purpose. If I had to give a theme to this most unlikely dinner party, I would call it, The Themes Between The Times”.

What is your favorite quote or mantra?

I won’t be less for you to be more. (Because sometimes people get it twisted).

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to grow up and be more of what I was, “HAPPY”.

As a service leader, I love supporting others to raise self-value, elect meaningful choices, and purposeful engagement so they can be the best they dare to be. I coach to help visionaries/creators/desirers clarify and bring forth. I muse to heighten internal awareness and truths. I teach to the inward where self is discovered. I speak to inspire that fire with poems, proses or flows, and prayer.
