Meet Calvin.

Calvin Bates is a seasoned tech professional with over a decade of experience. He currently serves as the Assistant Director of IT at the Institute for Justice, a national law firm, and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bates Tech Solution. 

In his current role as Assistant Director of IT, he is responsible for helping the IT department plan, organize, and ensure the execution of all information technology functions to meet the needs and goals of the organization. 

His company, Bates Tech Solutions, has provided IT solutions to government agencies, law firms, and clients across the entertainment and events industry.

Previously, Calvin has worked in senior-level technical positions at leading information technology companies and national law firms. He has extensive experience in IT optimization, management, network security, and software development. He is passionate about implementing and managing technology to improve quality and productivity.

Aside from his deep interest in tech, he likes to travel and spend quality time with friends and family. He also volunteers his voice and time with several nonprofit organizations in the Washington area, where he was born and raised.
