TGS Healthcare Reimbursement Terms

  1. Nature of Agreement. The Gathering Spot (“TGS”) agrees to provide a 10% supplement to all TGS Member Healthcare Holders up to $200 per month on a quarterly schedule as outlined by The Gathering Spot in this document. 

  2. Insurance. The Gathering Spot is in no way providing Health Insurance to the TGS member and is not responsible for the outcome of the relationship between the Member and Sidecar Health, whom of which TGS has established a partnership with. 

  3. Payment Schedule. This supplement will be paid out quarterly to TGS members. Quarterly payments will be made in the months of March, June, September, and December. 

  4. Payment. The supplementary reimbursement payment will be paid to the qualifying Member via check or ACH that the member provides. Please send the street address for check payment or a copy of a blank check for ACH payments to membership@thegatheringspot.club. 

  5. Eligibility. TGS members must remain active members of The Gathering Spot for the full term of the Healthcare plan in order to receive the supplement provided by TGS. Inactive members are any member who has canceled their membership, opted to freeze membership, suspended membership, or has any unpaid fees or balances due to TGS. Only the account added by the Member will be eligible for reimbursement. 

  6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement and is subject to the laws of the State of Georgia. This Agreement also supersedes all other agreements and understandings, both oral and written, between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Agreement.
