Employee COVID-19 Test Results
The safety and well-being of our employees during the pandemic has been and continues to be a top priority of The Gathering Spot. As we continue to closely monitor the Delta variant of COVID-19, The Gathering Spot will require all unvaccinated employees to submit a negative COVID test weekly effective August 9th, 2021. Please see below for policies as it relates to this. We encourage all unvaccinated employees to visit vaccines.gov, a resource listing free vaccination sites, to review the vaccination benefits to make an informed decision.
COVID Test results must be submitted by Wednesday of each week.
Both PCR and Rapid tests are accepted.
An employee is excused from submitted a weekly COVID test 2 weeks after a full COVID vaccination.
It is the employee’s responsibility to take care of the COVID test outside or scheduled work hours.
If an employee fails to provide a COVID test they are not permitted to work on site until one is provided.
